One-Year Membership - Automatic Renewal

  • Spring shipments will be delivered in April; an adult signature (21 years old) is required.

  • Fall shipments will be delivered in November; an adult signature (21 years old) is required.

  • Upon shipping, members receive an email notification including tracking information so you can follow your order to your doorstep.

  • Shipment dates are scheduled to maintain the quality of the wines during transit, and dates cannot be altered.

  • Your credit card will be charged when you subscribe to the membership level you selected: Classico, Superiore, or Riserva, and with each subsequent shipment. Memberships renew annually and automatically.

  • Members must update their billing and shipping information with The Wine Club, Italy. If The Wine Club, Italy, is not informed, the member is responsible for delays or additional charges from the shipping company.

  • Changes to your membership, including cancellation, can be completed in the Member Section of the website by selecting the cancel membership option. Your membership will be considered canceled, and your information will be appropriately disposed of per current data guidelines.

  • Any wine damaged or “corked” will be replaced or, if needed, refunded.

  • The Wine Club, Italy shall not be liable to the Customer or any other person, whether in tort, contract, statute, or otherwise (including without limitation for negligence, breach of contract, defamation, or intellectual property right infringement) for:

    • a. Any direct loss for which the Company cannot reasonably be held responsible.

    • b. Any consequential or indirect, incidental, special, or exemplary loss (including without limitation loss of revenue or profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses).

    • In any and all cases, the Company’s liability and indemnification will be limited to the value of the order placed by the Customer.

  • All our contracts are made under the Company country of resident Law (Italy) and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of that country's binding Courts.

  • All rights reserved. All content (texts, trademarks, illustrations, photos, graphics, files, designs, and arrangements, on this website of The Wine Club, Italy, is protected by copyright and other protective laws. The contents of this website are to be used only in accordance with Internet regulations.

  • The Wine Club, Italy, respects your privacy. We will not sell, share, or pass on your details to any third party. We will ensure the encryption of all your data. When you sign up on our website for our digital newsletter and marketing communications to receive information, news, and offers, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time by contacting info@thewineclubitaly.com

  • I authorize The Wine Club, Italy, to maintain the credit card I have listed on file and charge it according to the membership package I have selected.

  • I certify that I am at least 21 years of age.

  • I agree that the wine ordered is for personal use only and will not be resold.
